Our fees are 10% of the successful candidate’s annual salary (inclusive of benefits).

The fee structure applies, irrespective of seniority of role.

We offer a full refund of fees if a placement is terminated within the first 3 weeks and will continue to source a replacement candidate for you.

If a placement is terminated between weeks 3 to 12, you will be offered a partial refund of our fees, on a sliding scale basis.

You will not pay one penny until the candidate works for you!

Understanding your company and the role

Our team will listen to your needs and preferences to understand both the precise requirements of the role, along with your skills preferences for the successful candidate. We will work with you to understand essentials such as the required duties, necessary experience and qualifications but also your company values and culture, so that we can look to find a candidate with both the professional qualifications and personal qualities that best suit your organization.

Sourcing only the best candidates

Sourcing the best candidates is not easy and can be extremely time consuming. Our goal is to take this burden away from your internal human resource or operational teams, using our experience and contacts to simplify the process. We advertise roles using top job boards, via social media and have access to detailed CV databases. Our team also have existing relationships with top candidates across the South East of England and can often make bespoke introductions.

Once we know your business, our aim is to be viewed as a natural extension of your HR team: tell us what you need and leave the rest to us.

Screening candidates

Following each instruction, we use our networking and advertising resources to search for your ideal candidate. Prior to making any introduction, all potential candidates are first screened and interviewed face to face by one of our experienced recruitment consultants. Our aim at this stage is not only to validate that the candidate has the experience and qualifications required, but to get to know the candidate and ascertain whether they are the type of person that would thrive in your environment.

We only introduce you to the best candidates.

Wherever possible we will introduce you to a range of potential candidates and will summarize for you the information we have obtained to date during the “first round” of interviews. Whilst clients sometimes have a fixed or pre-determined idea of what qualities the ideal candidate should have, often encouraging a client to interview a candidate that sits outside those ideals on paper but simply stood out to us can generate very positive responses. When we recommend that you consider a candidate, we will always make it clear why we think you should meet them.

After care

We are proud to maintain ongoing relationships with our clients and candidates. Once a candidate has been placed with you we will keep in contact with both you and the candidate to ensure all is running smoothly.

Transparent pricing

We believe we are extremely cost effective and are proud to be fully transparent around our pricing. Our commission is charged as 10% of the successful candidate’s annual salary and benefits (irrespective of seniority of role) and is subject to a refund structure, if the placement terminates prematurely.

You won’t have to pay a penny in recruitment fees for anyone you hire through Carers on Demand until they start working for you.

Here are some tips to help you hire your preferred candidates:

  • If the interview is a two-way interview – top candidates are far from desperate for an offer and are analysing, YOU as well as vice versa!
  • Most top candidates will choose to work for a company whose corporate values mirror their personal values.
  • What are your unique selling points as a company? Often, interviewers forget to sell or mention the benefits and rewards of the company during the interview!
  • How is achievement recognised and rewarded? Tell the candidates in interview.
  • What work/life balance initiatives are in place? Candidates are often reluctant to ask such questions at interview for fear of appearing workshy, so tell the candidates at interview!
  • Ask us about how appealing your remuneration package is compared to other hirers.
  • Think about whether your existing employees are brand-ambassadors, or critics. If critics – why is this?
  • What are the pathways for growthand promotion? Be sure to sell them to the candidates.
  • Sell yourself and be proud of your organization!
